Employment Readiness – This component is designed to prepare each individual to maximize and enhance their skill sets so that they are "ready fit" to approach employment with the confidence of being employed and staying employed.  The service delivery is comprised of life skills groups, life coaching, resume building, and employment finding.  With these advancements, it is the goal for the individual to become employable, to obtain livable wages, and create a long-term investment in current and future financial obligations.
